A port or a large facility is not one plant room, it is many, and the maintenance problem is coverage rather than complexity. Flow Solution carries out preventive and corrective maintenance across 26 PLC and HMI stations at a major Malaysian port terminal, working alongside a partner contractor, and services the pump sets that sit under them. The work is scheduled in rounds so that stations are attended in turn rather than only on failure.
