Pump Servicing & Repair
We strip, inspect and rebuild pumps on chemical, water and general industrial duties, and supply the spares needed to put them back into service. The pump is recommissioned and checked against its duty before handover.
What the work includes
- Inspection and condition report on the stripped pump
- Mechanical seal replacement, and gland packing renewal where fitted
- Impeller, wear ring, shaft and bearing renewal
- Shaft alignment and rotation checks on reassembly
- Recommissioning and run-up against the duty point
- Supply of spares and replacement units for the pump brands we carry
