We started as a pump supplier and we still are one — but the work customers ask for has widened. A pump that matters to a plant needs to be selected correctly, installed properly, maintained on a schedule, and increasingly, watched remotely. Flow Solution does all four, with our own engineers rather than subcontracted ones.

That combination is the reason customers keep us: the people who specify the pump are the people who service it, and the people who write the PLC code are in the same company. Nothing is lost between a supplier and a system integrator, because they are the same firm.

We work from two locations — the main office and workshop in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, and a branch in Bukit Mertajam, Penang — serving customers across Peninsular Malaysia, and on project work as far as Sabah.

On the supply side we are authorised distributors for Graco, Super and Dayuan, and we have supplied and serviced Grundfos pumps for more than twenty-five years. The full list — and where each brand stands — is on the brands page.

Our mark has a story that engineers tend to like. The blue disc is the Santoprene diaphragm and the red ring is the O-ring of a Graco Husky air-operated diaphragm pump — the product we were first appointed to distribute. We have kept it ever since, because it still describes what we do: the working parts of a pump, looked after properly.
