Preventive Maintenance
We maintain pumps, control panels and instrumentation on a fixed rounds programme: inspect, record condition, renew wear parts before they fail, and report what was found. Contracts can include corrective attendance alongside the planned rounds, so a fault found on a round is dealt with under the same agreement rather than as a separate job.
What the work includes
- A maintenance programme set against your equipment list and duty cycle
- Scheduled inspection rounds with recorded readings and condition notes
- Planned renewal of seals, bearings, filters and other wear parts
- Corrective attendance for faults found on a round or reported between rounds
- A written report per visit, with outstanding items carried forward
- Recommendations on the spares worth holding for critical equipment
Currently maintaining 26 PLC and HMI stations under a preventive and corrective maintenance contract at a major Malaysian port terminal.
